Together we’ll find ways to cope through difficult times, become aware of unfavourable thought and behaviour patterns, and make conscious choices to become the version of yourself that you want to be.
We’ll work with a holistic approach to healing and psychotherapy involving a variety of practices such as Psychodynamic Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Mindfulness-based approaches, to name a few. The focus will lie on the issues that you’re dealing with in relationships, grief & loss, life transitions, identity, sex, spirituality, family, self-expression/authenticity, psychedelic use & integration of experiences, etc.
